1. About these terms

2. Products and medical devices
We supply CPAP equipment, masks, accessories and consumables. Some of these are medical devices, and some are only supplied on prescription or on the recommendation of a treating clinician.

3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.
4. Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time before we accept your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — see clause 5.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been accepted and dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, including where the product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, where a required prescription has not been supplied, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Payment
We accept payment through Stripe (including Link, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. We do not store your full card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery time frames are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Returns, refunds and your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The rights described below are in addition to, and do not limit, those guarantees.

9. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to many of the products we sell and are provided by the manufacturer, not by us. Warranty periods and conditions vary by manufacturer and product, and registration may be required. Details are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
