Shipping & Returns

Airmini Returns Policy

The Airmini has a 30-Day money back guarantee. This is a Resmed initiative and is effectively a no questions asked guarantee and is designed for customers to buy a unit and then have the confidence of knowing if there is any reason, they did not like the package, they can return this. The cost of the package will be refunded in full. The unit has to be physically in the MyCPAP premises before 30 days from date of purchase for this to refund to occur.

30 Day Money back Guarantee on all Masks

MyCPAP has a 30-day money back guarantee on all masks and this is a no questions asked policy and may be due to poor fit, comfort and realistically any reason for return is accepted. MyCPAP will only accept one change per customer and more than one return will not be accepted. This includes if people purchase multiple masks.  

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the error was due to the customer not correctly ordering the correct product then the return shipping costs is to be borne by the customer and the additional cost of sending the correct product is at the customers cost If there is a difference in pricing then the customer must pay the difference if they want to obtain the alternative product.

If an item has been opened or used it is at the discretion of MyCPAP as to whether a credit or refund would occur. In many cases no refund may be applied.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Machine Returns

Resmed machines have a 30 day money back guarantee and if returned they need to be back within 30 days and a refund would be processed to your method of Payment

Philips DreamStation machines have a 100 day money back guarantee and these machines need to be returned within the 100 days for a refund back to the method of Payment

Repairs policy

Resmed and Philips have a standard 5 year warranty and Fisher and Paykel Healthcare have a 5 year warranty card that needs to be registered for your machine otherwise the warranty will be 2 years

If a repair is needed for any fault we will arrange for the machine to be sent to the manufacturer for repair. The machine needs to be returned to the address listed below and we will then arrange for the machine to be returned to you. 

If the machine is under warranty there will be no cost for the repair and if out of warranty the manufacturer will provide a quote and we will contact you to see if you approve this quote

MyCPAP will not cover the cost of shipping for the return of the machine to our warehouse when a machine is being returned for repair. The cost of shipping to MyCPAP is the responsibility of the customer whether the machine is under warranty or not.

Shipping

Shipping is not charged for any orders over $100. For orders under $100 we give you the option at checkout to pay the standard postage which is $10 or the Express postage rate which is $20. All shipping is via Australia Post and for Express post it is next day guaranteed delivery to areas that fall within Australia Posts next day zones. These are usually within close proximity to the Centre of the major cities within Australia.
